关于润滑
润滑时人类最早采纳的人工技术之一。早在6000年前人类发明了车轮，于是润滑的需要就开始出现了。人类发现用动物脂肪涂在轮轴上，可以更省力、轮轴的寿命更长。
润滑技术直到19世纪末才成为一门实用科学，在西方工业国家，科学家发现用石油裂解产品替代鲸鱼油和动物油效果更好还无异味。到了第一次世界大战爆发，现代润滑产品全面替代了动植物油脂。
现在润滑科学成为现代摩擦学的三大分支之一。它是一门交叉学科，基础理论涉及到物理、化学、机械、石化、生物和材料等学科。同时润滑又是一门应用科学技术。由于润滑应用环境的复杂性（机器的运行工况、运动部件的材料、生产加工工艺）和多变性，润滑产品需要经过仔细的应用实验的验证才能推向市场。
应用润滑的场景囊括几乎所有的工业制成品。从汽车、火车、飞机等各种交通工具到生产制造的机器设备；从家用电器到家居五金；从热能发电到风力发电；从计算机到电子玩具…现代社会的所有实体产品都离不开润滑。现在润滑已经成为工业文明发展的润滑剂。
润滑脂类型
通过不同添加剂、基础油和稠化剂的配合而调配出的润滑脂可满足特定行业和最终用户的规格要求。 概括说来，润滑脂可分为三大类别：
商用润滑脂：其规格要求较低，是通常能以具竞争力的价格进行大批量生产的通用配方。 通常包括锂基，钙基或钠基脂，也包括些极压脂和某些复合锂基脂。

高温润滑脂
High temperature grease
优质高温润滑脂的特点：
1）滴点高、热稳定性好
2）高温蒸发量小
3）高温下结焦少。
The characteristics of high-quality high-temperature grease are: 1) high dropping point and good thermal stability; 2) small evaporation at high temperature; and 3) less coking at high temperature.
长期在180℃以上工作，高温脂需要定期更换

塑胶齿轮润滑脂（Plastic Grease）
塑胶齿轮脂选择原则
Selection principle of plastic gear grease
(1) 工作温度范围（Operating temperature）
关键点是应用产品的低温启动要求。塑胶齿轮脂为了提高附着力，基础油粘度比较高。润滑脂的低温极限需要符合工况条件。
The key point is the low-temperature start-up requirements of application products. In order to improve the adhesion of plastic gear grease, the viscosity of base oil is relatively high. The low temperature limit of grease should meet the working conditions.
（2）塑胶相容性测试（Compatibility test）
因为即使同一塑胶型号，其组分变化很大。在批量使用润滑脂前必须做符合实际状况的相容性测试。方法是观测浸泡在选定润滑脂里的塑胶零件，经过高温老化后，尺寸和硬度的变化。变化值不能超过5%。
Even the same plastic model, its components vary greatly. Compatibility test in accordance with actual conditions must be done before using grease in batches. The method is to observe the changes of size and hardness of plastic parts soaked in selected grease after high temperature aging. The variation value cannot exceed 5%.
（3）选择高滴点润滑脂（Select grease with high dropping point）
电机减速齿轮组，长期运行时会引起温升。高滴点润滑脂在环境温度上升后，润滑脂不会因稀化而从齿轮上流失。
The motor reduction gear set will cause temperature rise when running for a long time. After the ambient temperature rises, the grease with high dropping point will not be lost from the gear due to thinning.
（4）封闭式减速箱，润滑脂需要填充至少1/3的空间
Enclosed reducer, grease needs to fill at least 1/3 of the space
（5）润滑脂成分符合环保标准（Grease composition meets environmental standards）

阻尼润滑油脂（Damping grease）
广州联博科技研制了最全型号的阻尼脂。具体如下：
Guangzhou Learnber® has developed the most complete type of damping grease. The following applications are:
（1）耐高温极高扭力阻尼脂：超高扭力值，高温不流失，室温环境使用，低温会凝固。应用对象：家具五金、温控器、高温环境下使用的开关旋钮和仪表。
High temperature resistance and extremely high torque damping grease： High-temperature-resistant and extremely high-torque damping grease: it has extremely high torque value, does not lose at high temperature, and solidifies at low temperature when used at room temperature. Application objects: furniture hardware, temperature controller, switch knob and instrument used in high temperature environment.
（2）恒扭力阻尼脂:工作温度在-40℃--150℃。特点： -10℃--25℃，扭力值变化很小，旋转手感一致性好。
Constant torque damping grease: working temperature is -40℃--150℃. Features: -10℃--25℃, little change of torque value, good consistency of rotating hand feeling.
（3）低温阻尼脂：工作温度在-25℃--150℃，较高的扭力值，手感好。
Low-temperature damping grease: the working temperature is -25℃--150℃, with high torque value and good hand feeling.
（4）大扭力低温阻尼脂：非硅酮类阻尼脂，高的扭力值，-35℃仍然不凝固！
High torque low temperature damping grease: non-silicone damping grease, with high torque value, still does not solidify at -35℃!
（5）消音润滑脂：非常好的附着力和消音能力，适合与齿轮润滑和低速活动件的润滑。
Noise-reducing grease: Excellent adhesion and noise-reducing ability, suitable for lubrication of gears and low-speed moving parts.
（6）消音滑轨脂：线性滑轨、平面轴承的消音润滑。典型应用：钢珠滑轨的润滑。
